Telescopic Brushes

If you know your existing models of ZF Telescopic brushes we can identify your requirement. We keep stock and have available brushes from 12 mm to 120 mm in length.

Is Your Part Hard to Find?
Many of our clutches and brakes are replacements used in machine tools from the 60′s & 70′s (gearboxes, spindle heads etc). Even if you do know what you have simply email us pictures of your old greasy and broken parts so we can help identify them. Our mission is to help you put new life into your old machines economically. Simply email us a photo and we will follow up with a replacement solution.

Helpful Info

If there are no identifying marks then let us know the critical measurements:

E – Is the thread width usually 18mm,16mm, or 14mm.
C – The measurement from the bottom of the hex nut shape to the end of the black ring where the brush or (tube extension on longer brushes) protrudes.
F – Brush width at the tip before the last section.

On some of the longer brushes, there is an extension tube. On these the measurement from the bottom of the hex nut to the end of the tube where the brass brush protrudes is helpful.

With all the brushes there is flexibility to the sizes because they are spring loaded. With the information you provide, we can usually match up to brushes that we keep stock. Just let us know what your thread size and G dimension are and we will supply exactly what you need!
